Inspired by the timeless craftsmanship of traditional saddlery and named after the French word for sparrow, this everyday bag is designed to be worn over the shoulder: let it take flight as it holds all your essentials.
Made in gold Baranil leather with ecru stitching, it couldn't be easier to open with just a flick of the thumb. Inside, there's a flat pocket – and, more importantly, a beautifully soft lambskin lining for you to stroke.

As time goes by:
This version of Le Piaf is made in Baranil leather, the most iconic leather for traditional saddler leather goods. It boasts a smooth, almost buttery feel which reflects the natural beauty of full-grain calfskin.
If you want to watch your bag transform over the years, opt for this leather. Time enhances its beauty as a stunning patina develops.

The right tools
Every tool in this photo has been passed down by several generations of expert leatherworkers before being used to make this version of Le Piaf.
From left to right: the pricking iron, which is used to mark where the stitches will go, the scissors, the hammer, the diamond awl, which is used to pierce the leather for traditional handsewn saddler stitching, and the slicker, which is used to shape the leather.
