How do Atelier Renard's gift boxes work?
If you want to give a gift box, write to us or make an appointment. We'll work with you to choose the leathers for the outside and inside of the bag and the threads, then we'll make the box, containing a photo of the model and various leather samples, before sending it to the lucky recipient. All he or she needs to do is to make an appointment to start the process to make a truly bespoke bag.
How long does it take from order to delivery?
Each piece is made by hand by a single skilled leatherworker. It usually takes between 8 and 12 weeks from order to delivery, depending on the availability of the chosen leather(s). The delivery date will be confirmed when you place your order.
When does payment need to be made?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. The balance is paid when the order is picked up or before it's dispatched.
Where do you deliver?
At Atelier Renard, we love nothing more than handing over your order in person. However, we can also deliver worldwide via DHL or FedEx. You are responsible for delivery costs (calculated when the order is dispatched) and applicable taxes in your country (outside the EU).
Do you offer prototyping services?
No! Atelier Renard only works with individuals and professionals who are looking for a one-of-a-kind piece with our signature style. Our architect and designer friends know just what we're talking about!
